1. 5K Ugly Sweater Run on Saturday and I’m getting pretty excited!
Wednesday after work, I went to our site’s gym to work out until Kyle came to pick me up. It’s tiny but basically has what I need. Plus I had the whole place to myself.
I didn’t get to spend much time there, but I got in a quick abs and an upper body workout. Better than nothing, right?
When Kyle picked me up, we went to go ugly sweater hunting. Well, it must be off season kids cause we struck out. Remind me to set traps in Goodwill and the consignment store ahead of time. As we were heading towards home, empty handed, my mom texted me because she found this gem.

2. I’m a big fat liar.
So on Monday I told you that I wasn’t going to run until Saturday (my 5K Ugly Sweater Dash) to give my back more time.
Whelp, I ran yesterday cause I wanted to make sure my back could handle it. I took it easy and jogged 2.25 miles. And guess what? No pain! Woooo.
3. I eat too much candy.
My wittle sister was super nice and brought me candy from Dylan’s Candy Bar when she was in LA. I didn’t even know there was one in LA! I have only been to the one in NY.
She knows the way to my heart and diabetes. I really loved the strawberry lemonade sour belts and the sour farts. Yup. Sour farts. They basically taste like sour nerds = amazeballs. I bet you that my dad would say he likes sour farts too. FYI he’s never tried the candy.
