FAQ

Q. What time should I get there?
A. Guest arrival is 3:30 PM.

Q. Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
A. Yes! Also, you are allowed to leave your car at the venue overnight, as long as it is picked up by 12:00 PM on Sunday, April 23.

Q. What should I wear?
A. Attire is semi-formal. To give you an idea- bridesmaids will be in full-length gowns, junior bridesmaids in shorter (knee length) dresses, and groomsmen will be in suits. For the ladies worried about footwear- most of the venue is paved! Dinner will be on grass, but you will be served food at your table (so minimal walking 😉 ). Heat lamps will also be taken out after sunset, but always a good idea to bring a jacket!

Q. Can I bring a guest, child, etc.?
A. Please refer to your wedding invitation. The manner in which it was addressed is a good indicator, but please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you are unsure!

Q. Where should I stay?
A.  Many family and friends are renting houses through AirBNB and VRBO. For recommended hotels, check out our Wedding Details tab for more info!

Q. Do we need to bring cash (i.e. how do I get the booze?)?
A. We’re covering the booze, as long as you promise you won’t turn the reception into a karaoke bar…

Q. What are we eating?
A.  Cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres will be served after the ceremony. Dinner will be a plated salad, followed by family style main dishes and sides. For our picky eaters, like Amy- the meats are beef and chicken breast (we set it up so you can have both if you want!). Please make sure to indicate in your RSVP if you want the vegetarian option and/or if you have actual food allergies (we don’t want to hear if you are off dairy or gluten that week 😉 ).

Q. We’re staying the weekend. What is there to do?
A. Sebastopol is part of Sonoma County, so there is hardly a shortage of things to do (especially if you like wine)!
